A Coroa Godello 2014
Vinification This wine is sourced from 6 of the best parcels in Valdeorras, with S-SW exposure, steep grade (average 15%), and old vines. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 25 days at temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees C. No malolactic fermentation and no barrel aging.
Tasting Notes Very floral aromas, with notes of wild fennel, ripe peach, and a touch of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango). On the palate it shows its varietal characteristics: fresh, structured, and unmistakably Godello. The finish has a pronounced minerality and a slight pleasing bitterness.
