Vinification Traditional Catalan sparkling wine made with méthode champénoise. 100% free run juice, aged 18 to 22 months before being disgorged. Dosage of 6 grams of sugar per liter.
Tasting Notes Bright white fruits combine with toast notes. On the palate the wine is fresh and vibrant.
