Dominio do Bibei B 2005

Wine Maker Notes - 2005 was one of the driest years in the previous three decades. Favorable conditions in late August allowed for ideal maturation of the grapes. Rainfall in September ensured that the grapes where harvested in optimal health.

Slate and schist

Fermented with indigenous yeast in foudres. Aged 10 months in 500L 2-year-old French oak barrels and then on the lees for 12 months in 300L, 2-year-old French oak barrels. Bottled unstabilized and unfiltered. Aged 30 months in bottle.
