The main wine of the estate, from a privileged location with gravelly soils on the 2nd terrace of the right bank of the Lot near Puy l’Évèque.
Vinification All stainless steel. Maceration of 20 days at 25 - 27°C. Aged for 2 years in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes Bright red fruits, pepper, and roasted coffee on the nose. On the palate it is lively, fresh, and a little spicy, with balanced acidity and a long finish, making it compellingly easy to drink.
