Wine Maker Notes - Rebisaca is blend of Treixadura and Albariño from a vineyard site called Rebisaca that Gerardo owns in the Salnes subdistrict. Native yeast were used during fermentation and the wine was aged on its lees for almost nine months before being bottled.
Tasting Notes - Bright melon fruit mingling with quince notes and on the palate the wine is rich and substantial.
