Joan d'Anguera Garnatxa 2010

Wine Maker Notes - The Garnatxa, catalan for Grenache, is Joan d'Anguera's first wine since starting their conversion to biodynamic agriculture. This wine is made from biodynamically farmed Garnatxa, fermented in stainless steel and bottled without further aging. Biodynamic certification is currently pending and should be completed by 2012.

Tasting Notes - Beautifully bright and transparent carmine red color. Fresh, floral aromas reminiscent of wild berries and Montsant garrigue (Thyme and other mountain herbs). On the palate the wine is refreshing and savory with great purity and length.
