Wine Maker Notes - 2002 was an short but very good harvest. Fruit showed very good phenolic maturation.
Tasting Notes - Very spicy character with cigar box, mineral and dark fruit elements. The wine on the palate reveals a dense quality with rich fruit flavors and smoky mineral overtones. The finish is long and lingering with fine tannins indicating long cellaring potential.
