Viña Sastre Pago de Santa Cruz 2005

Wine Maker Notes - 2005 was a vintage that yielded good sugars and resulted in balanced acidity with sweet tannins. Yields are around 25 to 30 hectoliters per hectare.

Tasting Notes - Complex aromas of truffles, earth and spices. The wine shows black fruits, more spices and tar finishing long and rich.
