Green-tinged yellow. Intensely mineral nose offers explosive aromas of fresh-cut grass, lime, grapefruit, mint and fennel. Spine-tinglingly fresh citrus and mineral flavors show wonderful energy and cut. Finishes spicy, clean and long, with lemon and lime flavors. It's impossible to stop drinking this. -J.R. 89 Points Uriondo 2004 Uriondo Bizaiko Txakolina $14 This tiny estate vineyard (just over six acres) has produced an intriguing blend of Munematsa and Txorimatsa. The 2004 Bizkaiko Txakolina offers plenty of peach, mango, and earthy/mineral notes along with crisp acidity, considerable stuffing, and no notion of wood.
