Wine Maker Notes - 2007 was a vintage that came together at the very end of the viticulture cycle. A cold and wet year was saved by a glorious period of sun the last two weeks and allowed the grapes to fully mature.
Tasting Notes - Fresh green apples and citric notes. The flavors on the palate are refreshing and almost salty.
