Wine Maker Notes - 2007 represented a vintage with cooler temperatures during the summer and less sun due to above average cloud cover. The cloud cover broke near harvest, allowing the grapes to fully mature and develop proper sugar levels.
Tasting Notes - Clear gold color. Fresh quince and green apple skin aromas. The palate is bright and tart with a good fleshy palate. Refreshing stuff.
