Racines de Trois, Brut
“Racines de Trois” means “the three roots”: three Waris siblings, three terroirs, three grapes. Made from a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, and 10% Meunier sourced from sites in Côtes des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Aube.
Vinification Méthode champénoise. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks and 600L demi-muid Burgundy barrels. 10g/L dosage.
