Ostatu Reserva 2013
The Ostatu Reserva is made from a hand-picked selection of grapes from the estate's oldest vines.
Vinification Temperature-controlled fermentation occurred in small vats and was followed by malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged a further 16 months in new French oak and bottled in April 2014 without stabilization.
